Projects with a social agenda have always been at the heart of our practice, and many of our completed projects are institutional, across a number of sectors. These include education, health, sports and recreation, community centres, a variety of buildings for local government, and some others that are less easy to label. It is through these projects that we have honed an inclusive and collaborative design process that tries to meet the challenges of delivering high quality, sustainable, low maintenance buildings, with modest budgets and sometimes labour intensive prerogatives; often with inexperienced contractors. Through balancing these, our approach and architectural vocabulary has evolved and grown. These imperatives consistently lends meaning to all of our work.
